Billed as Bangladesh's first fully Arabian-themed buffet, the event features a spread of over 100 premium dishes. Designed to accommodate up to 500 guests simultaneously across lunch and dinner sessions, the venue offers a wide array of regional delicacies.
To set the mood, guests are welcomed upon arrival with signature beverages, including "Saudi Champagne" and traditional Arabic Gahwa (coffee), immersing diners in Middle Eastern hospitality from the moment they enter.
The main buffet spread highlights popular regional classics, such as aromatic Kabsa, traditional Mandi, an assortment of grilled Arabian kebabs, creamy Hummus, and Moutabal. The menu emphasizes culinary diversity while preserving authentic spice profiles and traditional cooking techniques.
For dessert, the festival features two iconic Middle Eastern sweets—Baklava and Kunafa—providing a complete culinary journey from appetizers to post-meal treats.
